I am Md. Abul Kalam Azad I have completed my Post graduation from the university of Dhaka specialized in social welfare and graduation from the Dhaka International University specialized in Sociology. I have been working in icddr’b and DG-MIS, DGHS (A joint collaborative project of DG-MIS, DGHS.) as a M&E officer from August 16, 2015 to 16th August 2018, working as M&E officer for 3 years with MCHD Of DG-MIS. Provided training to upazilla local managers (UH&FPO/ICT focal persons) and statistician regarding operational system of DHIS2 and about how to enter data of pregnant women’s and under 5 children in DHIS2. Maintain liaison with divisional health director, civil surgeons, UH &FPOs, CHCPS and statistician’s for increasing frequency of quality data enrollment in DHIS2 software. I have also worked M&E officer with COIA (Commission on Information and Accountability for Women`s and Children’s Health ) DG-MIS, DGHS under the unit of MCHD of COIA Project(A joint collaborative project of DG-MIS, DGHS) from 8th March, 2014 to 13 August, 2015 as quality data collection, timely data entry and generate web-based MIS report.
